Follow These Simple Steps

Connect to a Wi-Fi network if available

1. Dial ##873283# (Can we show a phone app icon here) and hit green call button
2. A "Starting Service Update" message will appear - tap 'Dismiss'
3. If the update is successful a "Service Update Complete" message will appear - tap 'Dismiss’

Once the activation completes, try making a phone call to test if your activation was successful
